No, it's actually the back of a refrigerated truck. The 'suicide' is one art of a two part sticker: 'Suicide' on the left and 'passing side' on the right (we drive on the left in Oz).
I also want to say I won't be spending too much time here at DA for the forseeable future. I much prefer to post to flickr.com these days. It's a far more user-friendly gallery site and I get more responses to my pics there than I do here. I also prefer the subject-oriented group pool system available there.
